The Blasian Agenda

I know it's Saint Patricks Day but I celebrate Irish people every day and I need to talk about this!

Recently, I have been seeing a lot of Blasian propaganda.

The first are Mark and Amber from Invincible.

I don’t care what happens in that show; they are always endgame to me.

The second are Kent and Ariel from Opus.

The third are Belinda and…Pornchai from The White Lotus.

You better service your Black queen!

Like any person with a brain, I have always been attracted to Asian people from all countries. The problem is, like any other race, you always have to ask yourself, “Do they like Black women?”

If I was going about it logically, I would think that the Asian people of darker skin tones would be more likely to date a Black person. For example, some Vietnamese people. However, I don’t know anyone personally that I could ask about this theory.

It’s not lost on me that (at least in Brooklyn) all the white guys are dating Asian girls, and all the Black guys are dating White girls. So maybe all this Blasian propaganda is the universe’s way of telling me that maybe the guys that will date Black women are Asian?

Then I got to thinking about famous or popular Blasian couples.

My favorite is Brandy and Prince Charming from the definitive version of Cinderella.

Paolo is Filipino and Brandy is Black

You can’t convince me that they shouldn’t have ended up together in real life.

Another couple that I, unfortunately¹, do love is Crissy Tiegan and John Legend.

Crissy from Thailand and John is Black.

They have four beautiful Blasian kids, and I think they’re all adorable. Luna is forever my favorite, though she is the grand supreme of that family.

Not to mention, the famous Blasian celebrities. Such as Anderson Paak, Apl.De.Ap from the Black Eyed Peas, Jhene Aiko. The list goes on.

There wasn’t really a point to this letter I just wanted to point out that I have been seeing a lot of Blasian couples in media, and I am not sure what that means. In the meantime, I am going to be doing some personal investigating and hopefully some in the field research so I can see what all the fuss is about. Until then, Blasia will always in our hearts <3
