Firstly I need everyone who read my last letter to go like and comment. I am surprised that that one didn’t get the girls talking. If y’all don’t go comment between that letter and this one I am just going to look like a hater. I don’t feel bad because Carrie deserves to be read but still! I know y’all have opinions so let’s get to talking! I knew this letter was going to make me come off as a hater. When it comes to this man, I am. Alright, let me put on my boomer hat really quick because this has been bothering me for so long. I’d also like to say that there are white influencers that I love! For example, Jake Shane used to do all of those funny scenario videos on TikTok! I have loved watching him become famous and really like his podcast. I didn’t love that he wrote a review of Cowboy Carter for Billboard. I feel that only Black People should be reviewing an album that is culturally and musically tied to Blackness. But that is ultimately whichever editor at Billboard who green-lit the review’s fault. Not his. But, I digress. Harry Daniels, it’s time for a career pivot!
But first, Bob Watch
Thank you to all the members of The Jury who sent me this hilarious TikTok of an apparent Bob convention!

Lastly, I have returned back to Bobland! It feels good to be back!
Harry Daniels When I Catch You…….
It’s bad enough that white people can become rich and famous for doing literally nothing. Now as a white person, you can become famous for being bad at something! It’s ridiculous! For those of you who don’t know, there is this white twink named Harry Daniels who finds himself in the vicinity of pop stars (mainly) and asks “can I sing for you?” and sings the songs intentionally terribly in front of them. This started a while ago at a Sabrina Carpenter album signing, but now it is getting out of hand.
Harry was profiled by Rolling Stone and while reading it I was audibly gagged when I read that he stanned Haim at one point. Not my sister doing this foolishness! He is a stan twitter veteran and used to have stan accounts for Demi Lovato, Dua Lipa, Lorde, Fifth Harmony, and more. He even used to save Twitter accounts of upcoming artists’ albums and make people pay to have them. He made $1,000 as a 13-year-old selling one of his accounts. It was also revealed in the profile that he is the gay that stans Zara Larsson! This pisses me off so much because he is technically my sister! We have all the same mothers! The twitter name thing is actually really smart! I know he knows what he’s doing in terms of viralbility. But why does it have to be this?
Tomás ate this “(“Career” is how he describes what he does online.)” This is also a come to Jesus for his 22-year-old sister, Madeline, “who put aside her master’s degree in public administration to become Daniels’ manager and camerawoman — travel all over New York City (and sometimes fly to L.A.) to make his videos, capturing the awkward, trying-to-hold-in-their-laughter reactions of A-list celebrities.” This is why America is going to shit because all of the people originally working towards government jobs are becoming influencers! We still need people to do the regular jobs! Someone has to be a social worker! What about the kids?
Tomás did a great job on this article because I clearly can’t stand this man but, I did laugh when he said he was nervous to meet Lea Michele. He made a funny joke about her not being able to read. I’ll give him that. That’s fucking hilarious. Billie Eilish is one of the stars who isn’t into it. I knew that was my fucking sister! According to Rolling Stone, Billie said “Not you! I’m not gonna stand here while you sing,” at the People’s Choice Awards. IKTR!!! He was also the gay that asked celebrities at the PCA’s if they would rather have a gay son or thot daughter. He is good at getting the internet in a tizzy. I mean even I am feeding into it with this newsletter, but I don’t care.
Harry even sang in front of the president and even had the nerve to say that he is releasing music soon.
I don’t give a fuck if this man can actually sing, I need him stopped. I just don’t understand what is supposed to be funny. I could see how maybe the first time it’s funny because of how random it is. But after 3 times its like…………soooooo do you have a humiliation kink orrrrrr??? I don’t see how it is fun for him or the celebrities that he is harassing to sing off-key in front of them. Why would you want to be known as the white twink that sings off-key? I need us to aim higher mama.
I fully believed that it started organically but now he is somehow in touch with these people’s teams and organizes time for him to show up and sing to them. After reading the Rolling Stone profile, that confirmed that I was right. Brands are hiring him now to rack up views and engagement at events. They don’t tell the celebrities so their reactions are genuine. If I was Dua Lipa, or apparently Joe Biden, I would be terrified that he was lurking around every corner.
I would understand if it was performance art. If he was making a commentary on the awkward moments that celebrities have to endure during meet-and-greets or just general fan interactions. I just do not believe it is that thought out. In the Rolling Stone profile he says it all started when he went up to my sister Sabrina Carpenter and sang off key to her as a joke. I really get it as a one-time thing, but to make this your entire brand just feels lazy. Especially if the goal is to release music one day. I just resent the fact that this white boy will eventually make music and have an even bigger following regardless if the music is good or not. All from making celebrities uncomfortable.
Not to be that girl but we all know if he was Black this would be a very different situation. I know in the grand scheme of things this is not that deep and in some ways it is rooted in jealousy. But it’s really rooted in the fact that people younger than me and with less talent can become platformed for something so………………..dumb. He knows he’s a troll. He knows that people don’t like him. He knows exactly how the internet works. But I still don’t like him. I don’t like what he represents. Brands inviting him to events just so he can get engagement tells me that they don’t think their event and the people attending are buzz-worthy enough. What happened to people with actual talent becoming famous? Is it too much to ask that a white twink not harass pop stars? Is it too much to ask pop stars and other celebrity teams actually promote them the right way? Why do they have to resort to such low-hanging fruit like Harry Daniels?
If I ever become famous and he wants to sing for me. I am either going to walk away or read him right then and there. He would use that reading for views and engagement and I will feel satisfied. I think that’s a fair trade.
